Founder Kees Noorlander has transferred his majority shareholding in the company to three employees: Lennert Knops, Matthijs Verhoeks, and Marius van Horssen. This step marks the formation of a new management team, eagerly poised to shape the future of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities are clearly defined. Lennert Knops will lead the organ manufacturing division, taking charge of sales and production of Noorlander organs. Matthijs Verhoeks will oversee the operational and business aspects of Sweelinq, the software branch specializing in sampling pipe organs. Marius van Horssen, who has been involved in Sweelinq\u2019s development from the beginning, will serve as the technical head responsible for innovation and technical growth in both organ manufacturing and software development.<\/p>\n<p>Founder Kees Noorlander will remain involved with the company as a shareholder and will support the new management team in an advisory role.
